A deposit equal to the first night's payment is required at time of reservation and a credit card is required to hold remaining nights reserved.
CABINS/CAMPER RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation must be made 4 weeks before your arrival to receive a full deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. If your cancellation is made within 2-4 weeks of your reservation you will forfeit your entire deposit. Any cancellation made within 2 weeks of your reservation will be obligated to pay for the entire reservation. A cabin deposit moved to a campsite will only be applied if it is 4 weeks or more before the cabin reservation.
A guest not showing up for a reservation or leaving early will be obligated to pay for their entire reservation.

CAMPER RENTALS
Maximum guests in campers: 4 adults and 2 children under 14. No pets.Violation of the "no pet" policy will result in a $200 charge.
Cabin and Rental camper check-in is 3:00PM. If you arrive before 3pm, you will have to wait to get in until 3:00pm. No exceptions.
